Umm........no bueno, service (friendly) but slow, food charred.....I really don't trust food at braums. Have eaten here only... twice in my life. This was the worst experience I have had there in awhile. There was still a piece of wax stuck to the cheese on my burger. Fries... were old and cold. Messed up the elderly couple behind me order as well. Manager was very rude to them. Read more
Decent food but customer service kind of sucks. Couldn't find anyone to check me out on the market side after we ate, so I put... my things back and left. Also, there was a manager I believe on a headset in drive talking loudly about how she wanted "All ofthese people to go away". Not a good impression. Read more
