Umm........no bueno, service (friendly) but slow, food charred.....I really don't trust food at braums. Have eaten here only... twice in my life. Chocolate malt is the only thing that would make me return...from Ohio, I'm no hater against a southern placebut.....???? it's just not that good. Read more

This was the worst experience I have had there in awhile. There was still a piece of wax stuck to the cheese on my burger. Fries... were old and cold. Messed up the elderly couple behind me order as well. Manager was very rude to them. Read more
Decent food but customer service kind of sucks. Couldn't find anyone to check me out on the market side after we ate, so I put... my things back and left. Also, there was a manager I believe on a headset in drive talking loudly about how she wanted "All ofthese people to go away". Not a good impression. Read more
Ordered a bacon cheeseburger without onions. Left and opened the wrapper. My 9 year old was even jealous. You never see a burger... look like it does on the commercial. It even tasted awesome. I was very happy to be able to go to a Braum's for a hamburger! I am recently returned to the area & it was one dining... experience that I was greatly anticipating! The service was excellent. By the time my milkshake was made, my burger & fries wereready for me to sit down to eat. It was all very good Hot & fresh, with fresh fries & great flavors. All the staff were focusedon their jobs throughout the store& it was clean& stocked. My compliments to the whole crew & the managers for providing greattraining& support for the employees. Very positive experience. The Western Street location in Amarillo is the best store! I willmake sure to go to this store when I am ready for another treat of a great meal! Read more
This is my favorite place to stop in for ice cream because I never want a large amount and you can get a small sundae with any... flavor ice cream and topping you want for about $2, same with a small malt or milkshake. I made it there by 10:30 a.m. onemorning for breakfast and it was okay for the price. Plus if I'm in the mood for an inexpensive meal because maybe I spent toomuch the day before, I can get a kid's meal for under $5 that includes burger or chicken tenders, fries or yogurt and a smallmilkshake or malt. I tried their fries but they're pretty awful compared to most places, frozen crinkle fries that don't have avery good texture by the time you eat them. Their chicken tenders are really good for being from a fast food place though andyou can't beat their ice cream in any form. Read more
