We went during an off-peak time for an early diner as we traveled through Amarillo. When we arrived all the employees were in a... group behind the register on their phone which wouldn?t have been a big deal except for the fact that the restaurant andbathrooms were in poor shape. Tables were dirty, food and trash were on the floors, there were no napkins at the drink/condimentstand, etc. If things were in better condition, it wouldn?t have mattered that they were hanging out. Always busy. 4 stars for cleanliness. The ice cream area is atrocious, & dirty. Making ice cream banana splits, milkshakes, and... sundaes outweigh being clean, and sanitary in this area. The tables are always dirty for dine-in. The fountain drink area isvery dirty, it could be susceptible to the infamous green slime. The food, and ice cream are always delicious. The service isalways prompt, and the workers always treat the customers with respect. Read more
99% of the time they have my ice in the case and I can grab 5 or 6 bags at once and go. Their milk is the best you can get.... Stays fresh tasting the longest. Read more
I enjoyed the ice cream, the employees were absolutely lovely, what makes me sick about this place was the way that they were... being treated by the manager. The bald guy with gray hairs and glasses was absolutely disrespectful to his employee while infront of us. Shaming her for doing her job as quickly and effectively as she could. As someone who has worked here I can saywith certainty that the management has gone downhill. The way they were being treated was unnecessary and disrespectful. We love the Ice Cream and the vast variety of flavors. Banana Pecan and Pineapple Upside Down Cake... good deals on milk and... dairy. Lots of other things that you need. The burgers and chicken strips are a favorite too. Read more

Braums is amazing. THIS Braums is dirty, my order was wrong, there was hair in my food, my fries were served in a literal puddle... of grease, and my burger had more raw onions than meat plus the smallest amount of lettuce and mayo I?ve ever seen. Very often out of 2% gallon milk. Not as 'kept' as it used to be. Apparent that new staff isn't trained very well. Staff not as... nice as used to be; #customerservice. You might want to bring your own bell with you to get someone to check you out on thegrocery side ????
