Went threw the drive threw and had someone not even order cut in front of me so they could talk to there friend working the... drive threw window. Then at the window where I get my food. The employee was rude n pretty much threw my food at me. I knowit's hard to find employees right now but I be dammed if I'm going to spend money there again. Employees are rude. Read more
They don't listen to requests. Just asked for fresh fries and cheese to be melted on the cheeseburger....neither of which were... done. Sad thing is the manager is who handed my husband the order. Bad customer service ????. Read more
Our family tradition is to stop at Braums every time we drive through Amarillo. The burgers are tender and fresh. The ice cream... always amazing. Vanilla milkshakes are what it's all about. Read more
Braum's has delicious and affordable food. All their meat and dairy come directly from their farm in Oklahoma. All Braum's... stores are within a certain distance of the farm, that way they can ensure fresh meats and produce. I had breakfast with myGrandson at the location on Western this morning. We had sausage and pancakes and they were delicious, better than going toWaffle House or McDonalds and they were a much higher quality of food. The location on Western is clean, restrooms were cleanand the staff was friendly. From what I saw, most of the staff are still wearing masks. I highly recommend Braum's. Read more
Our food was fresh and hot. I had a chicken club sandwich and my grandson had a chicken strip snack. My only issue was that my... peppermint milkshake had zero pieces of peppermint in it. The flavor was good, but the peppermint candy really makes it. Plus,the consistency was a little slimy? Not like real ice cream and milk mixed by a blender, but more like soft serve. I wonder ifthey used vanilla yogurt plus flavoring? Not sure. I didn't finish it, though. Read more
My family and I went to this Braums location tonight and it was horrible from the get go. As soon as we got to the drive thru... speaker my wife ordered her meal and waited for a second with no response so she started ordering my meal. The girl finallycomes on the speaker and was like I got the one meal but what was the drink. Needless to say my wife had to reorder everything.Now, my wife ordered a bacon cheeseburger and I ordered a double cheeseburger with Mayo and ketchup. My kiddos split the chickenstrip dinner. We get to the window and pay. Get to the second window and the 12 year old opens the window and hands out the 1drink and one of our shakes. Never spoke a word. Then he tosses out the food and finally acknowledged our existence. My wife waslike we are missing a chocolate shake. Instead of just making the shake he asked us to move forward out of the way and theywould bring it out to us. Ummmm ok that doesn?t make any sense. Finally got our full order and drove home. Once we got home boththe burgers were wrong, my wife?s burger didn?t have bacon and mine has the smallest amount of Mayo known to mankind and noketchup. The chicken strip dinner had the tiniest pieces of chicken as well. For what we paid for these meals we definitely gotjipped. Braums used to be really good. Love their milk. It is smooth and creamy. We also bought eggs and two small yogart cones. The eggs were only a dollar, so we... bought two and they were so good. My husband ordered our cones while I checked out. The chocolate yogart cones were a realtreat. They really topped off our day. Bare in mind, the cone in my picture is a small. Waited 30 min for one of the most simple items on the menu(bag of burgers) for it to end up like this. We understood everyone... was getting ice cream and that's fast and easy but no one deserves to pay good money and wait 20-30 min for this. Read more
