I'm so sorry to be this person, I frequently go to this establishment for lunch using the drive thru. I always order the... Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad, on occasion I have gone back to work with a Garden Salad, but just had to deal with it dueto time. Tonight I wanted to treat my family with a Braum's dinner. The order looked perfect and the wait time was not bad. WhenI got home, one whole meal was missing from the bag and my salad was again wrong. I felt so bad for my son, of course he didn'twant my salad. Being I live 20 minutes away I wasn't going back but feel y'all should be aware, maybe repeat the order to thecustomer upon pick-up. This is the dirtiest restaurant. I have been a few times and there is never a clean table. The food is always below... expectations and way to salty. Read more

Braum's is a rare, regionalized treat because they won't open a location outside the range of their own dairies. So, when I'm... in a city with a Braum's, stopping at a location isn't optional. It's a must. And in the ideal world, I'll stop for both ameal and dessert. On this trip to Amarillo, dessert was the plan and Braum's achieved perfection. As always, the lime sherbetfreeze (think a milk shake with lime sherbet) satisfied. Unlike some other locations (looking at you, Hiilsboro, TX), thislocation handled a crowd well. Nice to see a good selection of sugar free flavors. I ended up ordering a bacon cheeseburger. Bacon was crispy and the burger... was great. My daughter had an ice cream. We will be back soon. Service was good. The whole place was clean. Nice to have aBraums close to the house. Read more

The food was fantastic and the store is very nice (impressive selection!), but I really want to rave about the sinks in the... restrooms. For real, nicer flow than any other public restroom I've ever been in. What a pleasure to wash my hands! This placegets five stars for THAT alone! Read more
