Paid full price for the meal and only got half of what I ordered. Food was barely warm too
I've visited 3 location and this one was the worst. The food was good, so I want to be fair. The service was the absolute... worst. Really, the woman that we dealt with acted like we were bothering her and like giving me hot sauce was a favor. I don'tknow if she was native or hispanic, but she really didn't seem to care for people of a darker hue or maybe it was the headcovers. I don't know, but whatever it was justified a level of pissyness I didn't see offered to anyone else in the restaurant. We won't be back. Do better... Read more
I'll only go to this chicken express because of drive thru guy name darsey(He need a raise). This guy was running all around... that place like he was the only person working. I ordered the 9 PC gizzard with fried okra and roll with 44 Oz diet coke. I received a 4 PC tender meal with fries , roll and 44... Oz tea. Tried to call and let management know and see if they would send me what I ordered and make me happy. Nobody answeredphone. Good way to lose business Read more

This Chicken express may just be the death of the fast food chicken restaurant. I've had better chicken at Alsups. It seems as... though the employees and owners no longer care about food quality or order consistency. I've waited for several visits to writemy review because I was hoping it would get better. It's hasn't, it's only gotten worse! Very dry chicken, WAY to much breading,dried out hard pieces of grissle is what you seem to get with every bite. The sides are just as bad, either cold or way overcooked. And the world famous tea, if it's left out for hours, it's no longer fresh people! Sour tea is disgusting.
