Cheapest I have paid at a buffet in over 10 years. Food was great.
For years, I could walk into any Cici's in any city and know that the customer service would be amazing. Multiple people would... greet you and at least one person would ask if there's a certain kind of pizza you are looking for on the buffet. Those daysare long gone. I've been to this particular Cici's about 7 or 8 times, and while no one was ever disrespectful or rude to me, Iget the sense that customers are kind of an inconvenience for most of the employees at this location. When the pizza is fresh,it tastes great, but a lot of the pizza on the buffet seems like it's been left out for quite some time. I will say that theplace was clean every time I went, but then again, almost every time I went, there seemed to be more employees than customers. Read more
Used to be good, the pepperonis are undercooked and just generally not good anymore. It's like they got a new manager or new... recipe or something, I'll go back to this one when they go back to how they were making it. Read more
It's a reasonable place to go to get pizza if you don't want to go to Pizza Hut buffet or Mr gatti's. Just being known that it's... a small selection of pizzas and they do not replenish the pizza's fast enough during what would be assumed to be their busiesttimes Read more
Great place to eat for kids and adults alike and the little arcade helps too. Also a GREAT location being right beside I-40.... They?ve been under new management for a while now and the range of recipes seems to have greatly expanded. My family are lovingthe new stuff. We?re certainly hoping this change continues and helps keep this restaurant open for years to come. Read more
Took several boys here and it was good food like the other CiCis in Dallas. The only thing my boys pointed out was it was a... single stall place. I think restaurants should not have single stalls. The place wasn't crowded so that's ok and the restroomwas clean. Read more
Salad toppings need a sprucing. Fresh food preparations depend on shift management as well as cleanliness. Seems to be a hit... and miss. Read more
