I had made confirmed reservations. The hotel refused to honor them because of some arbitrary rule that local residents are not... permitted to stay as a guest. I explained that I am a full-time RVer and use the address for mailing purposes only. I drove430 miles today and was refused service. My wife and I are both over 70 years of age, and I am a retired Navy Vietnam veteran.An Amarillo hotel that does not do business with local residents - maybe the Chamber of Commerce needs to be called.
