Ordered online with a pickup time of 5:30. When arrived they claimed the did not have the order. Finally someone figured out to... check for online orders. Ordered a frito pie with jalapeño pinto beans. I received the bbq beans that were nasty and hard. Thebrisket was nothing but fat and so tough you couldn't chew it. It was cold as well. We get lunch delivered by drug reps. Over $500 spent and rotten lettuce, barely enough sides to feed 5-10(supposed to be 22 of... us) the brisket was sliced in 4 inch chunks. Dickeys staff refused to do anything at all, spoke extremely rude to drug repstating ?they don?t have a manager?. $500 spent to not even feed 10 people, not to mention the inedible salad. Read more

Ordered sliced beef brisket and got chopped which I believe was pulled pork and was cold along with cold Jalapeño sausage. My... wife ordered sliced brisket sandwich and got chopped. My wife took her order up front to get the right order and young lady upfront, was no help. No manager appeared to be present. Will not be going there to eat again. Don't waste your money here!
