Ordered online with a pickup time of 5:30. When arrived they claimed the did not have the order. Finally someone figured out to... check for online orders. Ordered a frito pie with jalapeño pinto beans. I received the bbq beans that were nasty and hard. Thebrisket was nothing but fat and so tough you couldn't chew it. It was cold as well. We get lunch delivered by drug reps. Over $500 spent and rotten lettuce, barely enough sides to feed 5-10(supposed to be 22 of... us) the brisket was sliced in 4 inch chunks. Dickeys staff refused to do anything at all, spoke extremely rude to drug repstating ?they don?t have a manager?. $500 spent to not even feed 10 people, not to mention the inedible salad. Read more

Spent 30.00 worth of food here the meat is dry and tough very hard the meat was more like beef jerky to me, they didn't even... give me any sauce for my meat or any of the other fixings that go with the food I'm highly disappointed I asked for sliced meatnot chopped, order was wrong I would not recommend buying bbq here???????? They got great food qnd the price is good they got amazing workers qnd always keep the place clean the jalapeño sausage is... to die for I ate it before I could take a photo but ???? yummy. They welcome u from the moment the door opens! Read more
If im back in Amarillo I will definitely be returning to this location the staff was very respectful and nice greeting and... taking care of me the information they had on the company was great the manager was on duty and I seen him give an order out forfree in the drive thru being that they waited a long time and I was eating inside I didn't use the bathrooms but if they keptthem the way they did the outside they were very clean Tyson was the MOD and he didn't let down earned his 5 star for sure keepup the good work Read more
Soggy, gross green beans. They have specials each day of the week and on Thursdays it is a pulled pork sandwich and a side and... drink. I got green beans and a coke with it. The green beans were the nastiest thing I have ever had. They were soggy, hotand gross. Not foe sure what they did to them. The sandwich was really good. It is a good value for the money. My wife took her order up front to get the right order and young lady upfront, was no help. No manager appeared to be present. Will not be going there to eat again. Don't waste your money here!
