This place is good but I wish this company would pay their employees decent wages instead of hounding their customers to tip.... All they do is take my order and hand it to me and ask if I want to tip.. what am I tipping for?? Its so annoying and makes meavoid this place because the coffee is pretty pricey as it is but I have to throw in a few more dollars to pay your employees?Yea no thanks! Do better and pay better because I know their wages are factored into the price so PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER. Read more

Good for a speciality coffee and drink place. They have a lot of options and I like that some can be made with Sugar Free... ingredients. The staff is very friendly. The only reason the get 4 out of 5 is some of the coffee drinks taste the exact sameas other ones from their menu even though they have different descriptions and ingredients. Not a good experience the last 2 times I was there. I asked for caramel sauce the last 2 times, and was given none. Also, I was... rushed at the drive thru window, and when I tried to mention it, was ignored. Had to ask for a straw. Also waited in line forover 20 minutes this Saturday (11/12/22). Once cars were wrapped around the building, one of the employees finally came out withan Ipad. She was super sweet? but still, 20 minutes, AND not getting the very simple order right (that costs $6!) twice in arow, is unacceptable. Won?t be visiting this location anymore. Read more
