Went through the drive through and they forgot to give use our slices of cheesecake. Drove back to pick up the two slices of... cheesecake and the manager pushed a specific flavor and we accepted but then when we got home we realized the cake he pushed waspast the expiration date. Super disappointed in the service. Food was mediocre. It was our first time and will be our lastvisit. Read more

First time here, but have to say that the service was above and beyond what we expected. The staff came to the table when they... noticed that my wife hadn?t eaten much of her meal ( she wasn?t feeling great before). They offered to swap it out if shedidn?t like it. I can?t remember the last time anywhere we?ve eaten cared that much. I enjoyed my meal immensely and thebreadsticks were warm and tasty! Read more
I like fazoli's but this is my 3rd time getting a hair or fly on my food. I stayed quiet the first 2 times but a thirt time is... too much. Even the manager seemed to not be too worried about it. Read more
Manager locked the door with customers still inside at 8:35 pm on august fifth. Huge fire risk and disregard for everyone?s... safety. As a manager you should know that regardless of backed up times people still deserve to have a way out in case the worsthappens. Cause it has and does. Read more
For fast Italian, it's pretty good. I had the chicken parmesan sandwich (which I hear is about to be removed from the menu,... sadly) and a salad. Breadsticks were warm with lots of garlic butter. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'd totally eat here again Read more
We stopped here on our trip because I recognized this restaurant from my childhood!! It was delicious! The food was hot and... exactly as expected!! The breadsticks while dining in were a little smushed, but yummy!! Very happy with our food, state of theseating area, and the service! Read more
