Rip off for standard or less than standard service. Two employees looked at me multiple times. One walked slowly by, and said... nothing! Another stood before me, saying nothing for a good amount of time. Finally, after ordering... I received utterdisappointment! Overpriced, isn't the right word. Edit for reply! My complaint is not for a poor job done though, this is wereyou focused your concern. It's because you charge an obscene fee. The sandwich, if you want to call it that, was made to yourspecs.... the price however was outrageous and that dear friend is your fault! Anybody that's been to any sandwich shop inPennsylvania will say the same, either to themselves or to your face! What's with the hate? Moved to Amarillo in March 2021. I have probably ordered from this location a dozen times. I have always... had good food. But I never substitute or cut anything either. I have never dined in. But drive thru employees have always beennice and delivery fast! Read more
Well, they were relatively fast. Otherwise, not a good experience. Rude and seemed inconvenienced by me (to be fair it was late-... just before 9:00 pm) but the order was also incorrect. Ordered Beach Club, no lettuce please. (Politely asked for no lettuce,twice) It came doused in lettuce, and instead of the avocado spread, it was double Mayo. I don?t know, maybe they ran out thespread; would have nice to mention it. It?s a Jimmy John?s- lower expectations and check your order. Read more
Some girls from my office decided to order from this particular Jimmy John?s. We spent over $60 for five sandwich meals and... delivery. When we got our order, we were missing a bag of chips and all five sandwiches were so hard on the bottom it hurt tobite into them. I called and spoke to who I assume is the manager and I told him what was going on and he proceeded to tell me,with an attitude no less, that the bread was fresh and that he would bring us the bag of chips we were missing. When the ladyshowed up with the bag of chips, I had her feel how hard my sandwich was and asked her if she would eat it. She said she wouldnot. The lady was nice and told me she would tell the manager when she got back and one of them would call us. A little whilelater the last named Amanda brought us some fresh sandwiches. Gotta be honest. I love the gargantuan sub. It?s very good seasonings are and meat and flavor are awesome. But y?all got the... price way to high. over $ 21.00 for one sub really. Won?t be back it?s way way to high for one sub no drink no chips. Yourpushing it. Could have had a steak for that price And sides, You might wanna rethink the price. Read more
Called ahead to order two giant sandwiches. After waiting 20 minutes at the window, and multiple employees coming to ask my my... name and order several more times, I finally received two of the wrong sandwiches and the wrong sizes. When I asked for them tocorrect the order, I was told they cannot do that because they are different prices. When I asked for them to refund me andcharge me and provide the correct sandwiches I was told no, they physically threw up their hands, and closed the drive thruwindow on me and walked away. We eat at this Jimmy John?s frequently, and unfortunately after this experience will not bereturning. Read more
