Went in for the first time of eating there we waited to get seated as the hostess were talking and laughing by the time we got... our table was asked several times on getting an alcohol drink as we had 3 small kids with us. After asking several times for kidmenus we never got them and the waiter had to tell my kids what they had to pick from. The rolls were great the sweet tea wasgood by the time we got our food we all took a couple bites and took our food home none of my family members ate their food itwent to the trash would not go back there at all or tell anyone to go there. The service was great from our waiter. The foodwasn't good at all very dry no flavor the salad wasn't great and the ranch didn't taste like ranch at all. Hope they can getbetter food on their menu and learn how to have more of a family atmosphere as my kids weren't happy about none of their firstexperience either. Read more

Staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the nicest staff doesn?t make up for terrible food. Burger meat was... full of gristle, dessert was as tough as cardboard (shouldn?t need a sharp knife to cut your cinnamon roll). Worst/funniestthing: I asked for mustard, and got green beans. ?? I won?t be back to Logan?s Roadhouse at any location and do not recommendit. Read more

Service and food were both good. Music was unrecognizable head banging noise and loud beyond belief. We couldn?t have a... conversation without yelling and we were sitting next to each other, it was so loud. It ruined our dinner needless to say. Myhusband had just received some exciting news at work and wanted to share it with me, unfortunately he could not because it wasso loud. This was our date nite too. We won?t be back it was just too loud and we don?t do head banging music, no matter howgood the food. Spoke to mgr, he couldn?t adjust music selection or volume. When we came in we asked to be seated in a quiet areaand this was the quietest spot she had she said, oh my gosh. Based on lack of patrons I think we are not alone in our opinion. Why else would a restaurant with good food and good service be so basically empty? If this were a bar we?d expect and enjoy loudmusic but in a restaurant one would prefer to enjoy some dinner time conversation. Talk about a mood breaker. We normally eat atTexas Roadhouse, their music isn?t nearly so loud and it?s a much nicer selection of music. Read more

Logan?s used to be a place we loved to go to but we?ve had a couple of bad experiences lately. While eating there, the service... seemed unorganized and bad, so we ordered delivery. This time the food wasn?t great. By the way, don?t get the ?sticky? ribs. Alot of sauce, a lot of fat and very little meat. But Logan?s rolls? they?re so good, right? Probably, but they didn?t includethem or another item we ordered. They wouldn?t deliver them either. Their solution was for us to order again and pay anotherservice fee through Grub Hub for something we already paid for. There?s better steak houses in Amarillo. Go there. Read more

We stopped here on the drive back from Arizona with my mom, husband, and toddler. My toddler had just been released from the... hospital, and we were both recovering from a stomach bug. Our server (Xavier?) was really great at first, although fairlyunfamiliar with the menu. We?re from Houston where the location shut down, so we were excited. Once we got our food, he actuallyforgot about us for 20-30 minutes. We asked for the manager, and Xavier came with her. He admitted that he actually did forgetabout us. But Megan, the manager, took over and discounted our food and gave us a free dessert! My toddler even asked for her tohold her. She was amazing. Thank you, Megan!!! Read more

This place has seen way better days. It?s on its last leg at this point. The food was terrible. Literally they cooked and served... me a slice of beef jerky. Even the A1 couldn?t save the meal. Was dry and took forever rto chew down. The salad was red and outof date and the croutons were old rolls that didn?t get eaten I?m supposing with how stale they were. We waited to be seated inthe almost empty restaurant for about 8 mins before someone came to greet us. When I sat down I was able to see the hostessdoing other persons jobs in the kitchen and because so, people were not being welcomed and sat in a timely manner. The onlysaving grace for our meal was that the drinks were ok, and the waitress was super nice and attentive. Read more

I had a 4:00pm reservation for 15 people for my son?s birthday! Show up and Melvin the manager says they don?t do reservations!... I informed him that I had made reservations and they said for groups of 15 or larger they did reservations. Thought Melvin wasacting weird! Finally at 4:30 was seated and order placed. First two orders came out about thirty minutes later. Steak was overcooked and so was burger. Then the few of the rest slowly came out! And we?re all screwed up and cooked completely wrong! Finally at 6:15 canceled the rest of the order?s! After talking to Melvin the manager again realized he was stoned beyondunderstanding problems.this guy could not even stay focused and looking at you in the face! Our wait staff was amazing! Kay wasour waitress and could not say sorry enough! I would strongly suggest going else where.. I hate this for Kay! She deserves somuch better! Read more

Be fouled. Long waits for no apparent reason at all, when a steak is ordered as well done you get it pink despite the over 1... hour a await amongst the 4 whole tables they have to serve. And then, the staff gossiping, hanging around in groups of 4 or 5and doing absolutely nothing but talking amongst themselves! Too bad Resturant Steakout doesn't come do a special on this place, save your money and time people and move on! I will not return with my family! Read more
