The ice cream is good their is so many options to choose. I order the strawberry shortcake sunde is pretty good. My brother... order custom shake with chocolate oreo pieces with chocolate with no whipped cream it's all good. My dad order a cheesecake icecream cone he said it's really good the place is so incredible clean tables and more. Read more
You all should be wearing gloves! Period! I saw an employee put her fingers near her mouth after making someone's food and then... proceeded to make someone else's order AND she had an ugly attitude. This place was insanely and ridiculously and unnecessarilySLOW! The employees seemed disorganized and one was chatting way too much and trying to be funny with 25 people in line and theline wasn't moving! At times only 1 employee was taking the orders, making them and ringing everyone up at the register whenthere were 3 of them there. We left and will probably never return. Read more

Tons of flavors and mix-ins. Unbelievable thick. Got dark chocolate with pecans. Very strong creamy chocolate flavor. Like a... high quality, rich, Belgian chocolate bar. Should satisfy even the strongest chocolate craving. Service was great. Read more
Honestly this was really disappointing. I couldn?t believe the state of the shop. Immediately a younger girl with dark long hair... and glasses was inattentive and rude. She was complaining that she didn?t want to be there on a Sunday. She then proceeded topick up a chunk of ice cream with her bare hands, toss it where the other spoons were being kept, and proceed to scoop my icecream without washing her hands. Along with that she was touching her hair and face while making orders. Again, none of theemployees were wearing gloves except the one handling money. Really disgusting. It saddens me to do this, but I'm dropping my rating. I just bought a pint of Coffee ice cream, in the past it was amazing. Now... under the new management, it is horrible. The coloring is way too dark which should have been my first clue, it is way toostrong and bitter. The price also went up. Now I have to figure out what to do with my terribly bitter expensive ice cream. 1year ago I love getting a Dark Chocolate and Coffee milkshake, a Dark Chocolate and Rum milkshake, or a Cool Mint and Oreomilkshake. Any of those three is the best! Some of the best ice cream I have ever had. Everything is made there in the storefrom the ice cream to the waffle cones and bowls. The people behind the counter are nice and offer wonderful customer service.They try to keep the lobby and bathroom clean even when they are super busy with a line wrapping around the inside of the store.
