I wouldn?t typically leave reviews like this, but I?m fairly certain they?d benefit from another month before opening. I?d only... ordered a bowl of soup that took over two hours of waiting; I understand that food service takes patience, especially for a newbusiness, but it?s entirely okay to delay opening doors until you?re fully staffed and prepared. The only thing i can say is they are open. Staff was rude, food was expensive not to mention it took an hour to get, i ordered... a Asian sesame chicken salad and basically, i got a 12 dollar head of romaine lettuce, that wasn?t even cut up. I have nevertried Panera bread and i wont ever go back. Read more
Give them a few weeks they are not ready to be open. Like most reviews on here, the wait times are crazy long. I waited over an... hour for soup and a flatbread. The kitchen was hardly putting anything out. I talked to another person who was there longer thanme. I gave up and asked for my money back. Read more

If I could give -5 stars I would. I waited for 70 minutes in the drive through. I got to the window and they said they don?t... have my order placed and the ticket wait time is over an hour. Even though I had placed the order 40 minutes prior to that. Theperson operating the window didn?t help me until I had to knock on the window to flag her down. Asking for the manager to helpdidn?t help anything. She was very rude and was the one who told me I?d have to wait over an hour again to get my food. (Grantedall I ordered was a sandwich and a pizza, that?s it). I?ve never been so frustrated leaving an establishment. I left after beingtold that. Waited 70 minutes and didn?t even get my order. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were open and stopped in for lunch. I ordered a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup and... was a little disappointed that it was lukewarm. However service was amazing, everyone was very sweet and good still tasteddelicious!! Read more
Well tried to eat supper and they had no sign stating that they were closed. All doors were locked and staff would not come to... the door. Very poor customer service. Please state that you are CLOSED. Read more
