I just moved in the area about 2 months ago and have been at this location about 5 times. They are really nice and I haven't had... one problem with my order. The lady Arvie, I believe is her name, is super nice and welcoming! Every time I come in she talks itup with me and even remembers my name. Don?t keep site updated on what they do have or don?t have. I don?t paid 30 plus dollars and get a call a couple minutes after... my purchase they don?t have item. I ask to speak to manager and ?Paige? was rude about it, I can hear her saying that I didn?twant to wait on hold. Who ever takes your order phone orders. You need to retrain her or get rid of her. She had one excuse after another not to... take an order or deliver. What a wast. Never had any issues what so ever with any other Pizza Huts at otherlocations. Update: $40 goes to your competitor Domino's few blocks away. Read more
I am very disappointed with my food. I ordered a large pizza and wings.The food took an hour to arrive and at that was cold and... you could tell the pizza was sitting there a while. Although the wings were cold as well they tasted fine is it fine after theywere warmed up. Is. The pizza however tasted weird and wasn't fresh at all. I called to complain and see if I could get my moneyback, since it tasted horrible and no one is going to eat it. I only asked for my money back on the pizza because the wingswere decent. The employee Darby said she would give me a $15 credit to order food again. I appreciate the offer but I advisedher I prefer to get the credit back on my card. She argued with me that she cut the pizza herself and said it looked just fine.I told her that The fact that it even took an hour to get here and it being cold is bad enough. I definitely understandsometimes they could have busy times or not have enough drivers and the wait time is long you get an approximate time ofdelivery and I was willing to wait but I would have expected it to at least be warm! Pizza is always flat and wings are always dry. I always order hand tossed. Called to complain and manager said the same thing... over and over about not being enough dough so the pizza are thin. Now why would I want it remade if it's going to come out flatagain. It becomes a problem when it's constant. I just don't want my pizza flat! He hung up on me too.
