Foods good, fast and hot. TIP: if you're eating alone, make sure to let staff know you're NOT done eating. If you get up (lunch... time) the staff will have your table cleared and clean before you can refill your drink, regardless of how much food is left.Hard to tell if thats efficient or just rushing the customer, but I wasn't even close to being finished and then had to gothrough stacked trays to get my receipt that I needed. Rosa's is such a delight! Not only is the food great, but the prices are too. I always get service with a smile there. I had... tamales. Got a dozen and took the remainder home to eat for a couple days. Delicious! Hubby had the Chile Verde Plate. It's aMexican stew and he loved it! Read more

The food is good BUT!!!! I?m so tired of them messing up our orders! Every time we place a order Togo they have ALWAYS forgotten... something. When we get home and give the kids their food, they forgot the chicken, steak, or Taco?s. It?s SO annoying and I haveto come back up here to get it! Then they tell me it?s going to take 20 to 30 minutes to make 3 taco?s. Get your act together! Read more
We like the fajitas plate and chile verde. Kids loved beef burritos. The charred jalapeños are great. Yes, spicey. Salsa Verde,... my fav. Minus one star, only because I felt the need to add salt to everything. This may be a good thing. Tortillas are thestar, of course. Read more
Worst restaurant experience in TX. Asked for 2 beef fajita breakfast plates (after being yelled at for asking for a lunch item)... and I can only guess that the "meat" was shredded spam. I got an incredibly small portion, which is fine because the meal wasinedible anyways. My friend who was with me just regurgitated his meal from there. So I don't exactly recommend this place ifyou're traveling through. Read more
Always a good dining experience when I come here. It was even more special because I got to have lunch with family that I... haven't seen in a few years. It is so amazing to know that there are restaurants that still have a high standard of theirpreparations that gives us a good value for the money.
