In an update to my first review, I would like to say that things at the Sonic on Hillside and Western are greatly improved! The... staff are all friendly and the service is as quick as it possibly can be! Like other restaurants of this type, orders do getmessed up. However, at this particular Sonic, mess-ups are corrected quickly and the apologies are sincere! For most of theseemployees, this is a first job experience. Please keep this in mind the next time a mistake is made in preparing your order. Try a little understanding. It might make future visits more pleasant for all! Read more

I ordered some food I did it for delivery so then I looked on the receipt it says for pickup only, so I called the store to have... it delivered the Lady that answered the phone said that I had to go pick it up I told her that I needed it delivered cause Idon't drive for Medical Reasons so I asked for a refund she said ok but I still have not received it after 15 days. Service here is not consistent. Probably 50% of the time something is wrong with my order. Third time editing this post with an... error on the same menu item. Today, I got the kid's portion instead of the one I ordered. Their response below said "thanks forletting us know." But they haven't fixed anything, so that's ringing a little hollow.
