Let me start out by saying the steak sandwich combo was very good. The sandwich was fresh and hot as well as the fries being... crisp. My problem is with Management. Evidently the manager doesn't know that a good manager makes for good, happy employees. Iordered a combo, the lady handed me the bag, I asked if my fries were in the bag, she responded that she couldn't open the bag. Only I could check. I appreciated that. But there were no fries. She said I'm sorry I'll be right back. I could see throughthe window that she was getting yelled at. She came back out asked if she could have the bag and receipt. No problem. How was ither fault that the sacker couldn't read combo? I don't have words for how annoyed I am. It literally ruined my night. MANAGER DOBETTER.
