Let me start out by saying the steak sandwich combo was very good. The sandwich was fresh and hot as well as the fries being... crisp. My problem is with Management. Evidently the manager doesn't know that a good manager makes for good, happy employees. Iordered a combo, the lady handed me the bag, I asked if my fries were in the bag, she responded that she couldn't open the bag. Only I could check. I appreciated that. But there were no fries. She said I'm sorry I'll be right back. I could see throughthe window that she was getting yelled at. She came back out asked if she could have the bag and receipt. No problem. How was ither fault that the sacker couldn't read combo? I don't have words for how annoyed I am. It literally ruined my night. MANAGER DOBETTER. I enjoy coming here for Happy Hour drinks because it's from 2pm-5pm! When I do eat here it's fast,fresh and tasty! The car hops... always give great customer service especially the lady who asks how you're doing and when I ask her she says blessed, she is onehard worker!! I have been looking for a good place to eat since I got to Amarillo back in March and this place is definitely it. I ordered an... ultimate burger meal minus the tomatoes and jalapeños. Onion rings were pretty good, definitely better than the regular fastfood chain type. The strawberry shake I ordered was really good too. Chunks of strawberry and very good flavor. And on to theburger.. it came out almost too hot to hold, which I like. First bite I got a mouthful of jalapeños. Due to medical issues Ican't do spicy. So after dousing the fire in my mouth with the milkshake, they fixed the problem very quickly and even gave me arefund for the difference. I had neither asked for or expected that. Overall I'm very happy with my experience at stars andwill most definitely be back. Read more
Read reviews before coming there ...all were great. But my food fell short one night. Guess it was a bad day
