I have never experienced such rude behavior as my family and I did this evening. The teenage boy there was very rude. We had... questions about the menu since it had changed since we were last there. He acted as if we were inconveniencing him and was notknowledgeable of the menu. I stopped by this evening at 8:48. A young man was mopping the floor. I stood for just a moment and asked where he wanted me... to step. Without looking up he said we close in just a few minutes. I asked, yes at 9, correct? Another gentleman was waitingto order as I stood there. I had an online order and was mistakenly at the wrong store but this gentleman working was extremelyrude and disrespectful while also clearly disinterested in serving anyone since they were about to close. this location constantly messes up my simple orders and gets the toppings switched whenever i order multiple sandwiches... together. theres always new people who work very inefficiently each week or two and i now see why. i ordered asandwich, choosing no to onions, banana pepper, and mustard and i got all of those on my sandwich while my friends sandwich gotnone, when she ordered all of those things. some things on our sandwiches were correct and some were switched, i had to handpick the things off of my sandwich and put them onto my friends sandwich which took too much time since i was starving. i wantto be able to go to a subway shop and be able to get the right sandwich the first time. im gonna be going to a differentlocation since this has been happening for months, too much of my time had been wasted and im honestly dissapointed lol Read more
