It may be good stuff but the staff must be frozen in place as much as their ice cream is. Hardly what you'd call a busy night.... It takes about 90+ minutes to get ice cream? We finally got a refund and went to Braum's next door after waiting over anhour. Something needs to be done to become more efficient. If they could up their production game they'd triple theirsales. My fiancé and I ate here for a late night sweet craving. I had a premium ice cream that was cheese cake flavor with sprinkles... and a roasted marshmallow. My fiancé had the vegan ice cream with the monkey see monkey do mix-in. Both ice creams tastedpretty good. The concept of how the ice cream was made was quite interesting. Very different than most places that give scoopsof ice cream, this place rolled the ice cream. The staff was very quick with making the ice cream and friendly. It's just ice cream, nothing remarkable. It's prepared in a fancy way in front of you, with plenty of toppings to choose from if... you want them. The portions are small and It's expensive. It's a nice place and the customer service was ok. All in all, it'sok, it just not for me. Read more
Pretty expensive for what it is, but I guess it's the experience that counts? The ice cream was nothing to write home about.... Don't go here if you're expecting fast service. It took about 30 minutes for us to even place our order...and then you have tosit down and wait for them to call your name and even begin making your order....which took another 15 minutes. Read more
We Didn't have a satisfying experience. Owners may have a good concept at the beginning but doesn't spend on quality,... cleanliness, service and value. Big waiting line, servers are good girls but don't have idea to work under pressure and look noone was on charge. Dirty tables, running out of donuts, waffles and even spoon...how can we eat ice cream with forks? Over pricefor what you get. Service was very slow because there were only 2 people working. The guy was trying extra hard to be as quick as possible and was... working up a sweat so good job to him because he did really well! The ice cream was unfortunately very underwhelming. I got thes'mores on a donut with vegan base option which is soy based. The ice cream base had an off-flavor chalky taste to it thatwasn't very pleasant and the "donut" was essentially a hot dog bun that was heated up in a microwave. Overall the flavor lackeda lot and the price was a bit high for what you get. The roasted marshmallow was excellent! I might come back for somethingdifferent (maybe a peanut butter option) one day but it doesn't seem likely. Read more
These guys have a VERY interesting way of preparing and serving iced cream. If you?re in the area you should absolutely try it... out. I had their Namaste, WELL worth the entertaining preparation show and also very tasty. The staff were very friendly andvery knowledgeable of their product. Read more
First time at this place, Aspen the employee very disrespectful after an hour wait for a small cup of ice cream. The employees... don?t get in a rush about anything here. Ice cream didn?t get rolled up, just thrown in the cup. Awful service, don?t evenbother. Read more
