My goodness, folks. I am astounded. Two visits to this Taco Bell?s drive-through now, and each time the person working the... window and taking the orders didn?t sound like serving a customer was the greatest inconvenience that could possibly occur intheir entire existence, every menu item was still available because they hadn?t run out of ingredients (even Mexican Pizzawasn?t an exception), and we ended up with truly every item we actually ordered. Do I feel strange about awarding a perfect 5star rating to a Taco Bell due to them meeting the bare minimum requirements for good service based off of two visits? Not atall! I may be premature in crowning this Taco Bell as the best in Amarillo, and it?s honestly genuinely decent even if the barweren?t miserably low here, but I doubt the few Taco Bells in town that I?ve so far had the good fortune of having not yet eatenat could manage to consistently refrain from being disappointing on multiple levels two times in a row. Ordered a 12 pack of tacos, mexi pizza w/ no beans and a plain beef and cheese Burrito w/ no beens. Everything was correct... except the Burrito, it had beens on it. It was for my 5 yr old granddaughter. She is allergic to beans. She to 2 small bites andnow she is throwing up. I took a picture of the Burrito and i still have the recipe. Thank you taco bell for making hersick. You have ruined our day. I better be taken care of this. I should be fully reimbursed. We all lost our appetite after shegot sick. Read more
10/06/22 - OK. It's been a hectic day with a bit of stress, and I was starting to get a little hangry. Rolled into Taco Bell... drive-thru and was immediately greeted by one of the nicest, friendliest, and pleasant voices I've ever heard on an intercom.Placed my order and drove to the window. Look, I gotta tell you: while I love(!) the Grilled Chicken Chipotle Burrito, Flo andTristen proved to be such pleasant, professional, and decent people that THEY made my day far more than the food did. Today 07/25/2022 at 5:30 pm y'all speak so high of this place is lies, I ordered no beans on my burrito but who ever made up... stuffed the whole bottom of my burrito with beans now if I'm paying for my food it should be made correctly this is freakingridiculous I'm to far out and big pregnant to be jumping back out in this heat to deal with something I paid for they need toget right or I will call in mo n them and they will lose their jobs now if I have a reaction to these beans it's gone be a lawsuit on who ever cooking Read more
One of my favorite Taco Bells to go to especially for thier Breakfast. Mary Lou is one of the best employees at this... establishment that I have personally had. I am a regular Taco Bell customer in many cities and this one I honestly was very disappointed. I ordered online like usual to... eat instead and the doors where closed first issue. Then i preceeded to the drive through and when I got my order I checked itand noticed that one of my items was cold and told the associate she said park up front and we will get you another one, and Itold her please don't put sour cream. Another associate approached me and gave me a bag with the item, he left. I opened the bagand checked the item and it had sour cream. I parked in another spot and called nobody answered, so I drove to the drive throughwindow, but had to wait in-line until I arrived at the window and said I asked please no sour cream and it had sour cream anassociate approached be very angry and said we are overwhelmed and we don't have any AC in the store then she said move to thefront and wait all this in a rude manner. By this time the rest of my food was already cold. They brought me the Taco and it wasfine, bottom line it took me more than 45 minutes to get my food and at the end I had to only eat the Taco brought to me withoutsour cream. I will have to say that for one thing I will never stop again at this Taco Bell and this also will make me thinkabout ordering online. Please be careful future customers. Read more
