1am and the drive thru was closed. Google maps said it was open the sign on door said open but the person at the drive thru were... saying they were closed. They really have to fix their hours. Read more

Love the cleanliness of the restaurant and the bathroom. The employees were nice and friendly. They are kiosk order only but the... dining room is open. They offered to help me at the kiosk but it is user friendly. The food was hot & fresh and tasted great! Read more

Hot fresh and delicious. My husband and I get the my cravings box and love that we get to choose what we get in there. The... manager is super friendly and even remembered us this time ???? not sure if that's a good or bad thing lol. We will definitelycome back again and highly recommend this location Read more

We were just passing through the area and decided to stop for dinner. We ordered thru the app and when we were notified it was... ready, we went inside to pick up our order. When we walked in, we weren't even greeted for several minutes. Finally, the womanwho was working the drive thru came to the front counter. We informed her we had made an online order and were informed it wasready. She checked her computer and could not find it. After a couple of minutes, she walked away and mumbled something abouthaving someone at the drive thru. Then, another employee came to the counter and we explained the situation. We showed him theapp and the order ready notification. He said the order might not have come into the store yet and said they had nothing to dowith the app notifications. I asked him if the bag sitting on the shelf behind the counter was it and he said no. Finally, hechecked the bag and it was our order. He said his supervisor must have made it from the other side. Overall, this experiencewas very frustrating and time wasting. Additionally, we noticed the store was connected to a Taco Bell Training site. I wouldexpect a training store to be at the top of their game. Read more

The food is always great luckily, but some random customer I guess that works here but not in uniform had her kid behind the... counter being wild. The overall experience was extremely unprofessional, Brand new chain building with a training facility nextto it and its still horrible. Be better. Read more

Only 2 items out of the order was right. Received half the order at first and had to go back to get the rest and rushed back... home just to find out that it was not what I ordered. Had 4 fries in the nacho fry box, put extra sauce on the quisadilla whenwe ordered no sauce, had hard tacos instead of soft, this just names a few of the wrong or messed up items we received. I wouldgive them negative stars if I could. Read more

I wish I could give more stars. I order here delivery because it's easier for me than to go out with my chair and my kid but the... last 2 times I ordered delivery, I ordered extra items be added to my purchase for my kid and for myself. I was charged butnever received what I paid for and the burritos were rolled horribly. My son was so upset and he is also allergic to steak. Iordered a steak burrito and said no steak but chicken instead in the instructions. He bit into a steak burrito and I had toadminister first aid and bring him to the ER to get checked out. I'm disappointed but not giving up on this place. Read more
