I walked in placed my order, was told 18 min. So I sat down and waited patiently and noticed the store was amazingly clean. And... the lady who took my order was very nice. There was another lady who was very polite who I'm guessing is the manager. Absolutelylove the way she was treating her employees. My food was on time and so yummy and fresh. Dining area closed. Went in to just get a to go order on a whim and it was so busy they said it would be 45 minutes to get one... order of wings. Walked next door to subway and got a sammich in 5 minutes... Read more
Ordered online through the wing stop app. Got it an hour and a half later, order completely wrong. Terrible customer service.... Manager made us take the food BACK to the restaurant to get a refund even though we paid for delivery. Ridiculous. Read more
I have ordered online at this location plenty of times and this time as well. While every other interaction was great, this... experience was disappointing. I ordered a 6 piece combo and a 10 piece combo. It was ready quickly and the guy at the front whogot my order for me was very nice and professional. Whenever we got to the car and looked at the food we received we noticed the10 piece combo was 4 pieces. The person I was with went back in the store with the receipt on my phone. The lady inside was veryrude whenever the person nicely explained what we had ordered and what we had received. She said that she personally preparedthe order and KNOWS she put 10 in and would not be giving us any more. Whenever the person explained that we had paid for it andhad not eaten any she responded that she would do it this one time but next time we wanted to ?pull this scam? we would have togo somewhere else. It is so frustrating when you have had a long day from and you go to pick up your food, drive all the way home just to realize... there is no ranch in the bag even though you paid for extras. This has happened to me at least twice. Service is slow, rude andunprofessional. Read more
Our go to place for wings! We order from here a lot and about 80% of the time we're thrilled. They're cooked right, have plenty... of sauce, and just the right amount of seasoning. The fries here are my favorite. The other 20%, the order isn't right, thewings are dry or cooked too long or the fries are not seasoned. So check your order before you leave and don't be afraid to haveit corrected. Read more
