Wonderful luncheon today at Spring House, Had never been before, but will definitely be back! Filet Mingon was one of best I... every had! Our server, Anne Marie, did any awesome job keeping everything together for our friend's wedding reception! These good reviews are really very puzzling and honestly, suspicious. This restaurant is completely missing the mark. They don't... come close to other area restaurants with the dated dining room decor, slow, unskilled wait staff and front of house, and don'tget me started on the food. It's pretty much mediocre diner food. We went on a Sunday night and it wasn't busy at all. Verytelling. Try to get a Sunday night dinner table at the Blue Bell or Wm. Penn...forget it! We had a reservation and had to waitto be seated in an empty restaurant...go figure. The front of house staff needs to figure it out. We won't be back. Don't wasteyour money. It's honestly a shame because it's a great building in a great location in a premier upscale neighborhood. If theyrevamped their business model, it could be a superstar place to eat that could rival other nearby restaurants that are topnotch. But right now...not. Read more

Nice lunch on Palm Sunday. Service was excellent, food great and prices as expected. We enjoyed the soup du jour, cup of potato... soup which was creamy and topped with shredded cheddar cheese. I had avocado toast which I asked for 'no onions' but it camewithout the roasted peppers either. My guess is they are prepared together. But the arugula, avocado, and balsamic glazedtoast I had was tasty. My husband enjoyed the turkey club, plenty of thinly sliced turkey breast, tomatoes, bacon, lettuce on atoasted whole grain bread. The fries were perfectly cooked and the small bowl of ketchup was portioned well. We started withmimosas and were served drinks that had small bottles of champagne that were half full. So we enjoyed making another mimosa fromthe OJ and champagne ????. Read more

Had a wonderful meal at an old favorite. Loved the atmosphere in the bar and had top notch service from the manager to each... server who worked like a well oiled machine.
