Visit here 2-3 days per week. Coffee always good. Service sometimes slower but they are often very busy.
No in store service. We stood first in line for 10 minutes and were ignored while the whole staff focused ONLY on the drive... through. Finally gave up and drove somewhere else. Read more
I ordered a croissant sandwich I love croissants however on this day they were extremely busy and I don't know how they managed... to do it but they squashed the croissant sandwich almost as flat as a pancake and it was a little overcooked cooked so from thefirst bite to the last bite there were crumbs pieces flakes of the croissant all over the place and I was in my car so it was amess. The coffee that I ordered while it wasn't great was okay which is unusual for Dunkin' donuts however they have reduced thesize so much you're paying a lot of lot more and getting a lot less not sure I'll go back. Just moved here from Texas and I usually go to Starbucks but since this Dunkin is closest to me, I happen to go to this one a... couple of days out of the week. The manager in the morning seems super sweet, talks very nicely at the drive through! (I believethe lady with the undercut is the manager?) the service is super fast when I go, but I?m not sure if that is the reason why thefood is not its best. I?ve been to other Dunkin?s where the bread is toasty and everything is not just thrown together for theirsandwiches. It seems like they just heat up the sausages, bacon and eggs in the toaster oven and throw it in the bread. Thedonut holes are hard.. hash browns are soggy and not crispy and it seems that they just reuse the same oil that hasn?t beenchanged. They should be golden brown but they are a soggy dark brown color. Almost burnt. The only drinks I?ve gotten are theseasonal pumpkin spice drinks so I have not tried anything else which I enjoy otherwise! I have nothing bad to say about thedrinks, it always looks like the pictures. But when it comes to the food, it seems that they just don?t care at all ???? Read more
Coffee was hot and tasty like always. It was a busy Friday morning and by 9am 95% of the donuts were gone, which is... understandable, until I overheard someone say it?s always busier on Fridays. If it?s always this busy on Fridays I wish theywould plan for that and have extra donuts on these extra busy days. Otherwise great place!! Read more
I ordered a large iced cake batter latte, it tasted good, but really unsure if there was any espresso in it, it definitely... tasted more like an iced coffee! Also got an order of the snackin bacon which never disappoints! Read more
I have been going to this Dunkin for quite awhile and it seems to always be something. I get equal and most the time I have to... add the number of packets I requested in the first place. I?ve gotten sugar instead (I?m diabetic), food orders often wrong orout of stuff all the time, cups totally full of ice, it?s bad when my friends and I always joke about this location. Today, Dueto the winter storm I?m working a 28 hr shift. I ordered a medium iced latte and then added a large and asked her to do veryeasy ice because it?s for much later. I get putting a little less to account for displacement but seriously? I will attach apic of what I was handed and another pic where I poured it into a medium cup for comparison. Smdh. Read more
A couple weeks ago I made an mobile order and when I got there I waited over ten minutes and no one would even looked at me and... there were around 8 people working. Today was my second and last time going here. We got two breakfast sandwhiches which thebread was slightly burnt and one was still frozen in the middle. My "hot coffee" was lukewarm at most. I have been to manydifferent DD's and this one is the worse and the only one I have had issues with. Side note: Their women's restroom toilet seatis broken and gross. I recommend driving a little out of your way for better everything somewhere else. Read more
