I will NEVER order from this place again. I ordered a pizza, calzone, and a salad and the pizza showed up cold the salad had... more cheese than lettuce, that?s wasn?t the problem the problem came when I called to get the issue resolved and the ?manager ?hung up on me not once but twice. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful to hang up on someone in general and to be amanager at a business establishment and hang up on a customer is absolutely unacceptable. Worst of all the Grammas locations. Expect a two hour delivery time EVERY single time. Doesn?t matter the day or time of day... they are the worst with customer service. Mean woman on the phone EVERY time. If you don?t like your job, get a new one. Read more

Zero stars!!!! Ordered 2 pizzas at 5:30. At 6:30, no pizza so I call in to check. They tell me I'm the next delivery. 7:10,... still no pizza. I call again and get told it's on the way. 7:30 the door bell rings....... I only live 5 minutes away. Pizzaarrived room temperature. Never ordering from here again. Read more
I?ve never been to such a poor location in my life. Poor food quality poor management and a string of Heath and safety... violations that will be brought to attention immediately. The workers smelled like alcohol the so called manager lets a toddlerrun around in the back touching everything. Can you say dirty and nasty. This manager along with employees have been reported tohealth and safety and I will literally do everything in my power to have this nasty restaurant and poorly run restaurant closed.I have well over 2.4 million followers and would suggest due to very very poor management and food quality health and safetystandards that either management be let go or the the store be closed permanently never been to such an unsanitary place in mylife!!!!!!!! Pizza and hamburgers tast pretty good but we will never eat there again told us 45 minutes for delivery took a hour and a half.... Call to ask why the delay said they told us it would be one and a half hours. Not true so heat discussion followed never again. Read more
