Didn't have Portobello mushrooms the day I went. But still made a excellent sub.
Genuinely best subs in the area. Limited topping section but only because all their ingredients are kept very fresh. No other... sub place has anything on Jersey Mikes, their bread, meats, topping and drinks are amazing. Their iconic Stubborn Root beer andvanilla soda are amazing as well. Restaurant is always clean and employees are friendly. Definitly recommend for the best sub inthe area. Read more
I've been to this location 2 times and had bad experiences both times. The first time I was there the 2 kids working took my... order I payed for it and sat down. I waited 20mins and still did not get my food. I went to the counter and had to wait for theguy that took my order to come out of the back. He acted like he never seen me before and was like can I help you. I said I'mstill waiting on my food. He Apologized and started making my food but still took another 10mins to get my food. The managercame out a few mins later and gave me a coupon for a free sub so I was ok. A few weeks later I came back to the same location and they would not honor the free sub card that was given to me at this location. I will never go to this location again. Read more
I did not know they closed at 8p n I got there at 830p n the gentleman WAITED 30 minutes for me in his CAR off the CLOCK!! OK?... If this is not going above and beyond for a customer idk what is? I haven't had Jersey Mike's in years so this definitely needsto be told and this gentleman is A WONDERFUL MAN. My husband had a liver transplant 7 months ago n this was a treat for us. I'm not sure I'd ever had them before now. My wife went to school with one of the franchisees so I decided to try. I was... floored how good this was and how superior it is to both the competing national chain and the locally based "station". They willbe getting my sandwich biz moving forward. Every detail was better than the other two. I have zero issues paying a littleextra for quality, and that's precisely what you get here. This place has the best sandwiches on 125 strip. Always fresh, hot and delicious!! If we get a cold sub, they always slice... the meat when you order. We visit once every week. Read more
I'm new to the Jersey Mike's game. I normally have eaten at those other sub places but recently tried Mike's and I tell ya... what, I really like the food BUT I love the customer service at this location even more. I don't know where they found theyoung adults who work there but management did a great job hiring these folks. I've only been in there 3 times but all of thosetimes, the customer service I received was exceptional. My most recent visit, I hadn't realized that I came in shortly beforeclose and having worked in restaurants for 20 yrs, I really try not to do that. So, I apologized and explained that I worked inrestaurants and I know how it sucks to have your stuff cleaned up and a customer come in so close to closing. These youngadults said, "no, problem, we just like having the business" and had smiles on their faces. They were kind, friendly, polite andwent out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of. Even going so far as to slice some green peppers for me becausethey were out on the line. I was super impressed with the level of customer service I received from these young adults. Makesme have a bit of hope for the younger generation. Management, I didn't catch their names but please be sure to give kudos toyour staff from Friday night 6/28. Read more
Jersey Mike's has the best sandwich in town. Pretty good service. I never see the same staff in here twice, though. Nonetheless,... good service and terrific food. Read more
