Always delicious, cooked right, assembled right and we eat here fairly often. Especially now that my son works at the amelia... location, but this particular store in loveland is one of the best penn stations ive gone to which us why i go often. I pushed a button and was told I was only aloud to order two sandwiches? I hadn't even been greeted yet and was by myself. Not... very professional. I've been going to this location for 15+ years and I've never been told that before. Well where do I start. Decided to have a good meal at Penn Station tonight and had Dylan take our order and it wasn't as... ordered. Supposed to be no salt on fries and came salted had to wait for new fries. The small sandwich was supposed to be lightseasoning but was loaded with it ultimately throwing it away. We were the first in line out of 4 other couples and we werelast to get our meal that wasn't prepared as ordered. Usually we have a great experience here bit not this time. Mom asked forlight seasoning and she couldn't eat it because it was loaded with seasoning. This is the absolute worst experience we haveever had. Read more
Have always had good things to say about this place until now... Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak with steak cheese and teriyaki... sauce ONLY and a Turkey bacon ranch. Well my steak sandwich had onions and mayo all over it and the other sandwich was throwntogether and the BACON was raw!!!!! Then I'm told they're only able to give me a partial credit back on my card and I have towait for the manager it's contact corporate to be able to give me the rest of my credit And still didn't get any food.Absolutely ridiculous! Service is poor and horrendous. I use to visit this location once a week. No customer service. They had more than enough help I... waited inside for 10 min before I was acknowledged. My ordered was phoned in and I even gave extra time before I came to pickup. Waited another 10 min trying to keep my cool being completely ignored. I asked again "my order should be ready" it has tobe one of sandwiches up top. Wow it was up top and ready after initially being told it would be rt up. Now waiting on fries.My Philly steak was cold bun was dried out. This location will be out of business or for sale if this keeps up. I was not theonly customer in there that night that was very frustrated w the lack of service and NO COMMUNICATION.
