Ordered on a Sunday night at 7:58 pm online and given a 58 minute wait. Ok.. I arrived 8 minutes early hoping it would be ready... a bit early. It was damn near cold. Why the 58 minute wait when clearly it was cooked at least 30 -40 minutes before the givenpickup time? Read more
The pizza was made exactly to our specs. The toppings were fresh and it was still hot. The driver was very nice and well... groomed and dressed. The only complaint is that it took almost an hour to get here from the time we ordered. Read more
I specifically asked that my food be handed directly to me upon delivery. I asked that it not be contactless. After waiting 30... minutes past my anticipated delivery time, I happen to walk by my front window only to see my food sitting on my porch in TRASHBAGS. No idea how long my food had been sitting on my porch. By the time we brought it in, it was cold and the breadsticks werehard. No attempt was made to let me know my food was here. No knock. No doorbell. Beyond that, I did not receive all of my itemsfrom my order. I then spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to get through to the restaurant to have the rest of my orderdelivered and I was never able to speak to someone. Even when I got through to someone on the new order line and explained thesituation, they just put me back on hold until the main menu picked me back up. I get that it is hard to find good help (or anyhelp for that matter) right now, but as a company, you should have enough pride in your product that you would rather close astore than deliver as poor of an experience as you did to me and my family on Sunday. Ordered delivery from the Amelia location. When the order arrived, it was missing a pizza. I tried calling and was in the... automated system for 7 minutes. I hung up and called back using option 1 for a new order. Had a customer service representativewith a thick accent and was hard to understand. They put me on hold for another 8 minutes. By this time I'm really not thrilled.The location is only minutes from my house so I drove there to get the situation taken care of. Long story short, I won't beordering from Pizza Hut anymore because this was the 4th time its happened from this location. The only positive thing was thewoman that corrected the problem. I didn't get her name and I should have but she said she was the manager that just took overfor the evening. She was very nice and professional. Read more
I ordered a Stuffed Crust Supreme pizza with extra cheese, extra sauce and I requested it be baked well done. The pizza barely... had ANY sauce on it (typical of Pizza Hut's "normal" amount of sauce), and the pizza was under cooked. Additionally there wereseveral employees at the store, a couple of them were standing around talking while one was taking pizzas out of the oven andcutting them. The one employee who was cutting the pizzas had to finish all of the pizzas coming out of the oven before he couldcome to the counter and get me my order which was ready for pickup before I arrived. So for almost five minutes at least twoemployees just stood around talking while my food and I aged. Read more
I order from here pretty regularly but this past Saturday was a mess. Online order was for 6pm. Didn't leave there till around... 630, and there were several others standing in that tiny, no chair lobby with the same issue. The food, however, was great onceI finally got home. They've not let me down in that respect. I'm not taking any stars away from one experience. I orderprobably two Saturdays a month, so I have full confidence in them. Read more
Pizza Hut's GF pizza. Full disclosure: I'm comparing to Donato's GF pizza. Which is fantastic. The Hut uses Udi's crust. So... this pizza can be made at home with better ingredients, sans the sauce. So while it is edible, it really is no better than somefrozen GF pizzas that are available. Donatos is a solid 5-stars, while this is 3-stars for the GF pizza. I'd rate the normalpizza at 4. Never known a pizza place to go see door dash instead of their own delivery drivers. Said I'd get my pizza 35-45 mins, no it was... an hour later thru door dash and I had to go out and get it because the driver can't walk up steps! Inconvenient to say theleast when someone is sick. Read more
