I've ordered delivery from this place a few times and the food is always good. This time, I decided to save the delivery fee and... tip by ordering carryout and picking it up. On the way there, GrubHub told me that my order was ready. When I got to therestaurant, it looked abandoned. Trash can busted and turned over in the parking lot, grass and shrubs as tall as the building,stuff piled up around the back door, and the drive thru was so overgrown that the shrubs scraped the side and top of my car. Thesign say to pull forward because the speaker apparently doesn't work. When the guy finally noticed that I was at the window, hetried to mumble to me from 10ft inside the building. When I told him that I couldn't hear him, he came to the window and told methat GrubHub doesn't let him set his own time, which doesn't make sense, and that it would be another 30-35 min. I live 20 minaway and no one else was in the restaurant, so plenty of time to get it prepared. When he brought my food to me, he keptmumbling and then closed the window in my face, halfway through his own sentence. I was very polite and the guy was just rude.Regardless of how good it is, I won't be ordering again. Read more
Tried despite the bad reviews and was disappointed. I ordered early for later pick up and it got made early and was cold. The... rangoon were cold and had barely anything in them. The pad Thai had a big clump of burnt spices. It was edible but veryunimpressed. I'll drive further for Ban Thai in Eastgate any day. Read more
