It is a typical Subway, but with a convenience store attached next door. The employees were nice. The drink machine worked... (dirty),but the ice did not, so we had to go next door. This is the second time the same woman has not made good eye contact and seems not to really want to contend with me or make my... sub. She only takes simple one line direction and even then doesn't really know what she's making. I asked for a ham & cheesemelt and a ham sub so she made two hams Subs when I asked what is the difference he just nodded as if she didn't understand myquestion. I'm not trying to pick but I am just saying if you don't want to work there then don't but if you're going to workpretend that you like your job because that's partially what you're being paid to do Read more
You all need to fix your advertised hours!!!! Google advertises the restaurant as being open until 11pm on Sunday, I'm not happy... driving into town with the expectation and taste for Subway to find out you are not open until 11pm like it says online.Unacceptable!!! Read more
This used to have friendly staff and decent subs. Walked in and waited behind a customer, when my turn the guy just stared at... me. No can I help you, nothing. Ordered sub and watch as he put down this minuscule amount of meat. At the next station the ladyjust stared at me too. Ever hear of customer service? They were out of a lot of toppings, took sometime to finally pay. Maybeafter these two people who are miserable quit, the service will improve. Read more
3-7-2019 Just got home from Subway set down to eat my sandwich, bread was old sandwich would have been good but bread tasted... like cardboard. First time ever that this has happened. Sucks Won?t eat there again. Read more
Solely from a customer's point of view: Pros: usually clean, convenient location, friendly and speedy service, does online... orders Cons: Always out of something and occasionally this includes bread. Card machine problems. Busy at lunch time and summernights. Does not sell pizza like most subways. Does not always have soup, meatballs, cookies. I worked here for almost 2 yearsso my review may be a little bias. That being said, some customers can be very nasty about things that the person making yoursandwich has NO control over. For example, the card machine. We do not have control over issues with the computer system.Another example is running out of bread. During the summer when there are practices/games at the school subway has a lineliterally out the door. Once the bread is sold out no more can be made. Believe it or not there is a cut off time for makingbread. It's the same for cookies as well as meatballs and soup. Health regulations say hot items have to be thrown away and madefresh multiple times throughout the day. This is why they are only sold between 9 am and about 9-9:30 pm. Otherwise it would bevery wasteful. Point is subway has rules and regulations just like everyone else! Chances are there is a reason why whateveryou're complaining about happened. Read more
I would give it 0 stars if that were an option. To start it closes at 7:00..ok I get it staff shortage. But I just went to get a... sandwich at 2:10 to find a sign saying they're closed from 2-3 but I look over on the side of the building to find 3 peoplesitting at a table eating lunch and smoking. You mean to tell me the place has to shut down so 3 people can eat lunch at thesame time? Money and customers lost. Might as well close the doors. Read more
