Burger was thin and overcooked to a point I thought it was a Veggie patty. Salmon was yummy.

Worst hamburger I have ever purchased and the cost not worth it. The small patty was over done plus there an extra charge for a... lettuce wrap. Onion rings were also overdone. With the money I paid for this cheeseburger...I could have purchased 2 doubledoubles and fries at In and Out for less money. Sorry I expected better. Read more

The halo halo is bland, waxy beans, lychee is not part of an authentic Filipino halo halo coz it dominates the tastes of the... other bits and pieces of ingredients that were bland tasted like bottled mix of ingredients, I know because I grew up on eatinghalo halo from Pampanga! Bypass the American Canyon location. Should have read the reviews first. One of them was dead on with the burnt buns & dried... patties, terrible. The Concord, Fairfield & Dixon locations I enjoyed & recommend if you want to experience BurgerIM Read more

A great burger location in American Canyon. You can select a standard sized burger or you can try the duo or trio which are... smaller 3oz burgers which you can mix and match your toppings. I'm a big fan of the Caliente burger which has jalapeños on it.The Buffalo chicken burger is also delicious. I recommend trying the "scooby snacks" - specialty fries not on their main menu.Staff is super friendly and always deliver excellent customer service. Read more

First time visiting and was cheerfully greeted. Reminded me of Mod Pizza and Osaka Fusion as they allowed me to pick protein,... veggies and cheese. Will return for the other six burgers ,(I had Angus) yummy fries and a Halo Halo ???? Read more

We arrived at 230 on Sunday. We did not get our food until 315. The keto buns were not very tasty. The cashier was nice. The... cheese fries are better at wendys..and cheaper. However, because of the wait, they gave us extra burgers (unless it was anaccident) because of the long wait. This place is not recommended. Sorry Burger IM. Read more
