Normally a quick and easy stop in person and through the drive-thru. I absolutely love the donuts, they have a good mix... selection. I also recommend trying the tomato pesto grilled cheese, served warm and a perfect breakfast option. The Maple SugarBacon Breakfast sandwich is also a great choice, sweet and savory. The coffee is of course tasty and strong, there are also afew beverage alternatives like hot chocolate. Read more

Started in the drive thru ordering 2 lg iced and a bagel with cream cheese. One iced coffee was made wrong with caramel instead... of mocha which they quickly fixed. Then found my bagel was with blueberry cream cheese instead of plain. Went in so I didn'thold up the drive thru and it took FOREVER for them to replace the bagel. They realized I waited a bit too long and kindlyapologized and offered a free donut and hash browns. All though the wait was long, their kind attitudes and complimentary snackshelped the situation and in the end, the correct order was completed and delicious. Very very nice ladies working. Read more

I do not usually like yelping chain restaurants & joints but I rarely make an exception, especially when the customer service is... outstanding -especially like it is here at the Dunkin in American Canyon. Regardless of if you're doing through the drive thruor walking in, I can ensure you that you will definitely be happy you stopped by this location. Their employees from the drivethru to the walk-in area are attentive, friendly & caring. They make great suggestions. I remember ordering a bunch of donutsfor work & coffee & they delivered them all to my car. They are such a good team here! Plus, they constantly rotate theirflavors to include seasonal offerings. Need a place to study? This might just be your new hangout spot. I've seen a couplepeople here doing work on their laptop, reading a book or just hanging out with a friend. Plus, parking will not be a problem asthis plaza has a ton of unused parking spaces. America runs on dunkin! Read more
