I appreciate how fast and efficient this location is. However my experience today was not up to par. I placed a mobile order and... picked it up only to find a missing item. I tried to call this location multiple times since that is what it states to do on thereceipts and no one answers. First time it went to voice mail second time went to a fax number and again tried a couple moretimes to call only to have it go again to voice-mail. The voice mail does not even say the name or address of the location toconfirm it is the correct number. Nothing on jack in the box website even leads to a contact us portal. Always check yourorders before you drive away, even if they close the window on you. Bottom line folks! Read more
I went through the drive-thru and while waiting saw a pretty large rat trying its best to get (back?) into the restaurant. It... was flailing itself against the windows and walls, then ran around to the back. I wish I had taken a picture but I was a bit inshock. Read more
The manager , who wont give her name is rude, sarcastic and oversees the crappiest food and service. Now one should agree it... should not be hard to mess up fried food but here it's done like an art! Not once but 3x . Honestly Its not like any one car orline was backed up behind me that everything couldn't have been fresh. When asked for her name again as well as the DM/GMcontact info she firmly stood strong with " I don't have to give you that" and slammed the drive window closed. Just your average Jack in the box. Nothing to crazy but it isn't to dull. Staff is always busy but try there best to get you... your food as soon as possible. Read more
Burger was overcooked like a hockey puck. Fries were barely warm. The soda machine button was sticking and had ants on it. Even... though we dined inside, they gave our food to us in a to-go bag. Read more
I stop here for a quick bite when I go out of town and the wait is always long the last time I went they told me I couldn't use... the restroom that there were broken so you mena to tell me you all work there with no bathroom breaks for a whole shift? Two ladies here are super rude and stingy about sauce. Unless you eat something they think qualifies as needing ranch, you must... pay. So if you get curly fries prepare to pay extra if you use ranch. People use ranch with fries. They should qualify for one.Everyone else at this place is cool with sauce. Just these two. First time I ever had Jack in the box and I can say I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I ordered both a chicken... sandwich and a hamburger as I would not back anytime soon, seeing as how they are not on the East Coast. They were bothexcellent for a fast food restaurant. Read more
