I ordered my food and had to wait an hour for it. People who bought their food after me got their food before me and when I... asked about it, they said it would be 15 more minutes. When we finally got our 2 pizzas, one of them was cold, and the pizzasweren?t even cut all the way or cut into even slices at all. When I ordered, I ask for wings and the cashier rung me up fortwists instead. Didn?t get those until 15 minutes after we got the pizzas, and they didn?t even offer to make it right. Thestaff didn?t care and they were on their phones instead of working. The girl putting the items in boxes was literally talking onher phone at the window. I never come to Round Table and I honestly don?t think I will again. Definitely not this one. I don?tlive in this area either so it was very disappointing. To top it off, their ice machine was also broken, so they had a bin ofice next to the soda machine. I read some other reviews and the first one I saw said the ice machine was broken so I am not sureif it broke again or if they never fixed it from 6 months ago. Read more
What a disappointment here. My father in law who is a disabled vet and moved out of the state wanted a round table pizza. I went... to this location. In the hope of getting the ingredients without being cooked. So we could surprise him for his birthday with anauthentic round table pizza he loves so much. Unfortunately Rose the manager has no decency to try and help me out. I waswilling to order 3 pizzas and give a generous tip so I could fly this home and surprise him. Honestly I didn't eat around table today. I don't think I would have . Three of the parking spots right in front of round table... Pizza were occupied by round table Pizza trucks as far as I'm concerned right from the beginning there's no respect for theircustomers because they can park anywhere in this parking lot but they choose to park right in front of the store where therecustomers should be given room Read more
I've never been to a bad Round Table. This is why I hope this was a bad night for them. After ordering our large pepperoni pizza... we took a seat. As soon as I hit up the soda machine I see the sign. No ice. Why would I buy a drink when there is no ice? Thecashier did offer me a bottled drink from the fridge after I wanted my money back. A bottle should have been offered at first.The next issue we had came after receiving our hot pizza. The staff did not cut it all of the way through. This caused us totear the pieces off. Food was delicious. Service was good. Establishment, meh. No ice, warm soda, no salad bar. No servers. I know things are... difficult right now because of good ol covey. But fountain drinks need ice. Go to the store and buy several bags and pour themin your machine. Just like any other restaurant would. Read more
WASTE OF MONEY! It would have been better to STAY HUNGRY! Costco has better pizza for crying out loud. Veronica had an awful... attitude for the two minutes I was in there to pick up my online order. I placed the order online and they couldn't even read itright. I will never eat at this chain again. Four people were so disgusted that we couldn't finish a large pizza. Two pies for$50 is crap.
