Food here is awesome! Unfortunately, on our latest visit, a couple things did not go well: first, when we pulled up to the stall... and pressed the button, the girl told us that they would not be able to help us there, and if we could order at the drivethrough instead. Ok no problem. Then when it was time to order, the girl there stated that they would not be able to acceptdebit/credit cards at this time, and that they would only take cash. Would have been nice if they told us that fact at theoutset. I think this might have been an isolated incident so we'll give them another chance. Read more
Ordered a Oreo blast and a banana shake those were okay but the chili cheese fries were not it. I asked for a medium and I got... half of the serving. Not only that the fries were hard as well. Don?t come here if you want to pay $20 for 3 things then receivewack food. You probably can get more at McDonald?s for less! See the picture for what I mean what a joke ???????????? Read more
2 star because food is for most part fresh and hot when they come out to your car with it. Service is what sucks here, hit or... miss but mainly miss - mainly consisting of some rude car hop folks and staff shortage issues. Last two times I came here therewere short staff issues (not everything was available on menu and car drive in areas closed early and tonight there were staffshortage issues so they made everyone go to drive through line which almost was out into the public street!) it wasmadness! On my way to San Francisco decided to try this Sonic was scared about the reviews I ordered a All-American dog mozzarella sticks... tater tots and a Fritos burrito chili cheese burrito exactly and a limeade the limeade was out of the park very good hadincredible flavor the Fritos chili cheese burrito with a knockout also I asked for onions and they put onions in it it wasenjoyable little hot sauce in it made it Rock unfortunately the hot dog the mozzarella sticks and the tater tots though theywere fresh they were not quite cooked enough I could tell they were at least a minute or so needed more on the grill or fryer..might give him another chance but we'll see. The first time I tried Sonic was at this location about 8 years ago. Its about an hour and 10 minutes away from where I live.... Never had a bad experience here. Staff is friendly. I was beyond excited when I heard that a Sonic was opening 10 minutes awayfrom my house. Only to be let down. Sonic in Santa Rosa is awful (look at the reviews!) So babe and I made a promise to neverreturn to that location again and drive the hour and 10 minutes to go to the American Canyon Sonic. Came here last night for alittle date night and the food was delicous and staff was friendly (like always) ???? Wish they still had them come out onrollerskates though! ?????????? Read more
The service was very good. Once arrived and checked in, we received the food within minutes. However, we ordered the... grilled-cheese BURGER, but DID NOT receive the BURGER. Kinda a little disappointed, but wasn't worth the time going back for areplacement. In any event, hope the employees in the kitchen will be more diligent when fulfilling orders correctly. Read more
Every few times I've have come to Sonic's it's a good experience. The employee's perform their duties well. The food overall is... good american food who doesn't like that. The shakes and blizzards are best part of going to this location. It is a 15 miledrive for me but it's worth it since you can park and eat hey maybe play a movie in your vehicle while eating. I really only go here to grab their bagged ice primarily, but occasionally, I'm hungry when I visit. I've tried their hot dogs,... corn dogs, burgers, grilled cheese, pretzels and fries. Overall, the fries were my favorite. But NOTHING beats their BlueCoconut slushy. I try to get one every time I go. They're delicious!!! Read more
