Everytime I ordered from here it's always so slow and they always mess up my order. I paid 12 bucks for cheesy gordita crunches,... with some extra stuff, and twice they have given me just basic crispy tacos when i could've paid like 4-6 bucks for those.Workers there need to start paying attention and details on the order list. I was literally in the drive thru line for 45 MINUTES. I went in the drive thru line at 3:36pm and didn't exit the drive thru... till 4:16pm on 9/26/2022 for 2 Fiesta Veggie burritos which were terrible made which didn't have 1 of the main ingredients whichwas rice. The burrito was literally falling apart the moment I unwrapped it. WORST EXPERIENCE AT A TACO EVER! I paid for orderat 4:08pm and didn't receive my food till 4:16pm. Read more

It was your usual Taco Bell experience. When I went threw the drive threw for my meal I noticed the line was long, and inside... the building there was manager trying to talk to 3 different employees in the dining room who were showing anger and discomforttowards the manager. Not sure what was happening since I was in the drive threw but it may be related to the long line. Thefood taste just like any Taco Bell, nothing bad, but nothing extraordinary. Never eaten inside so can't comment on indoordining or ordering. Gave this a 3 star since it's just your normal average Taco Bell experience. Read more
Avoid. It took 27 minutes from ordering to receiving food. For a sit down restaurant that's slow, for "fast food" it is... entirely unacceptable. It wasn't just me. From the rest of the diners to the folks trapped in the drive through line, we wereall held up. I didn't feel a sense of urgency from the staff about anything, and I could hear chatting and laughter from thekitchen. I would have asked to cancel my order if someone was actually at the register. The self order screens were out ofcommission, there weren't any drink lids either. They were out of the special, so it's not entirely clear who's managing, butthey're not successful. There were problems with order accuracy as well. So after spending most my lunch break waiting forfood, I got the wrong thing. It was corrected free of charge, but I hesitated saying anything for fear of another 30 minutewait. It was a miserable experience overall. The one plus: At least the dining area is clean. Read more

I waited in the drive-thru for 40 mins & the service was trash. No sorry for the wait, or any type of customer service. I can... tell there was a staff shortage or some mishap, but the customer shld always come 1st. Read more
