The Pho here is decent. I like the broth and the chilli oil. My only complaint which is why I gave it a 4 star is the fact that... they don't provide a real Pho soup spoon. It is a flimsy tiny plastic spoon that you'd use for a toddler. It barely fits anysoup in the spoon. You can look at my pictures for a reference. Read more
Get the pork!! We ordered spring rolls, wontons, a bahn mi, and a vermicelli bowl. Spring rolls reallt big and good flavors.... The sauce it comes with is not what most restaurants have. It is peanut sauce, but has sweet chili or something in it. I foundmyself missing the more popular sauce. Wontons Really good! Just cream cheese and that sweet sauce. If wontons are good enough,I never use the sauce and these were great! Bahn Mi With pork, this sandwich is AMAZING! The pork tastes extremely high-qualityand almost a charred taste like a good steak has. I am amazed at how delicious the pork it. Its the best I've had, anywhere. Therest of the sandwich is pretty good too, although I wish there were more veggies and fewer noodles. Should've gotten it withoutjalapeño. Vermicelli Bowl Delicious bowl. Again, especially with the pork. Everything else in the bowl is pretty standard (butstill taste). Really good ratio of veggies! Read more
I stopped by Cafe Trang just before they closed after my dinner plans fell apart. They were very kind about needing to get... prepped ingredients back out for us and I was really grateful for that! We ordered takeout so we could get in and out withoutthem waiting for us to leave and I have to say they are the perfect model of how takeout should be. They had the limes, Jalapenoand bean sprouts packaged separate in a plastic bag, there were chopsticks and eating utensils as well as napkins ready to goand they served the broth and meat in separate containers. As I poured the broth in with the meat I could watch the meat cookbefore my eyes which was something I've never experienced with pho. The food itself was fantastic too! The cherry on top wasthat the prices were around $9-$10 for a large pho and that was more than enough for leftovers. I can't wait to go back for somemore pho and to try a bubble tea or a banh mi! We have been here probably 5 times and love it Every time! We always get the bowl with the noodles and pork! The pork has a... great smokey flavor. Everything always tastes very fresh! There are always people eating pho there and it looks great too! Read more
First time at this location! I?ve gone to the Lehi Traverse Mountain location a few times before so I knew what to... expect. Even though it?s 93 degrees outside, I had to get pho today due to body aches and just not feeling well. It?sVietnamese chicken noodle soup to cure you back to health. When you know you need pho, you just gotta go! Good thing it?s airconditioned inside so it?s nice and comfortable. Got the small pho with thin steak slices - just what the doctor ordered. Anytime I feel under the weather, pho is the best thing to get. This location was clean, and inviting. The staff was friendlyand the menu was clearly presented. Their milk tea with pearls is pretty good! And the boba is nice and chewy - good indicationthat it?s freshly made. We will def be back and happy to see they have a location closer to me! This place was really good. I ordered the vermicelli bowl with an extra cha gio. Every item on my bowl was delicious. The nuoc... mam wasn't as strong as I like it. I like mine pungent especially for a vermicelli bowl. 10/10 recommend. I really enjoyed howclean and maintained the whole restaurant is.
