I just had to go out of my way to write a review for the outstanding service Kara provided us this evening. We rarely go out to... eat as a family because it's usually overpriced and we leave having a bad experience whether it's the food, cleanliness of thefacility, or customer service. Tonight was a rare exception and that's all because of Kara. She was an absolute delight andexceeded any fast food experience we have had post pandemic. She was patient as we were trying to figure out our order, doublechecked she had everything correct on her end, and delivered our food to our table. My son wanted ketchup with his chickennuggets and we noticed there wasn't any packets in the condiment area so we asked another employee if we could get some and hesaid they ran out... Kara overheard and said she could get us some in the back and came back with ketchup for each member of myfamily. Kara went above and beyond and it was an absolute delight. We will be coming back. My favorite is the super star with the crisscut fries. Their breakfast options are by far some of the best options for fast... food. Monster biscuits, or any of their breakfast burritos. They are very filling and delicious. Read more
Playground has been closed and roped off by night crew employees for 3 weeks. I was a weekly customer and we mostly come for the... playground for our kids as they like it. Normally would give 4 stars but since the shutdown I don't think I'll go anymore if theplayground can't stay open on evenings and weekends. The French fries tasted old and were pretty cold. My chicken sandwich was supposed to be spicy and wasn't but it was too late at... night to get it fixed as they closed soon after I got my order. Read more
The food is good, but 4 times in a row they've given me the something other than what I've ordered. I got the right one the time... before that, but the two previous were also the wrong sandwich. I love the food, when it's actually what I ask for Read more
For what it is, a place to get cheap, fast food in large portions, it?s great! I usually use the buy one get one survey coupons,... which provides even better value. Tasty food, low prices. Read more
Asked for a pickle sandwich and got a sandwich... with 3 pickles (no extra pickles like I had asked for.. and beef bits on it..... like they put on a patty and then took it off.. So not Vegi friendly... Not sure why they got it this bad but honestly but it'sreally frustrating.. and amazing.. all at the same time.. it took extra effort to make a sandwich this bad.. I guess I offendedthe sandwich people by requesting such a thing.. Read more
It didn't seem overly busy, but it took a very long time for some in my group to get their meals.
