I had the fried chicken w/ sesame dressing, Haku Ramen, and Shoyu Ramen (all pictured). I expected fried chicken wings or drums... with a house made sesame glaze or sauce. Instead I got tiny fried chicken bits that were hard to find in the fried batter and asesame sauce that I 100% guarantee is the sesame dressing sold at Costco lol. It's good dressing but not something I expect tobe served in this setting, a 1 star appetizer. The Shoyu Ramen was heavy on the mushrooms but otherwise pretty good, 3 stars. The Haku Ramen had a much more balanced and interesting flavor, 4.5 stars. The chili oil that they offer is a necessity foreither Ramen, made a big difference in flavor. The sparkling yuzu drink was delicious but I can't exactly credit the restaurantfor that (and they charge almost $4 for it). I may return to try other menu items but I won't be in a hurry go do so. (Also, whythe menu is printed on paper the size of a billboard I cannot understand...) Read more

My husband and I had a wonderful time here, it was our first visit and we were instantly impressed and talking about how we... wanted to come back again. The staff is so welcoming, courteous, and attentive!! The food was delicious and we even decided toorder extra to go because we knew we would want more later. I?ve never been hooked on a restaurant so quickly. Read more

????????A REAL REVIEW???????? I feel like I have been here enough to leave an honest review. I'm one of those guys who eat out... weekly. I'm talking about 5-6 times a week, because I am not home much and always working. They have been consistent with thenoodles that I order. Upon that quality service with the waiters doing small chats with the customers and making sure that theyhave everything that they need. I was hesitant to buy sushi here because it didn't have that reputation, Nori sushi is up thestreet from them but I had their sushi and it didn't fit my taste buds. As you can tell I have a picture of an empty plate Iordered The sunshine and another fried roll( I forgot the name)*. I'm a sushi head, but you can trust me when I say that theirsushi was on point ???????? I usually have an extra side of eel sauce but surprisingly I did not even need that... My sushi wasdone within maybe 4 minutes. I could not contain myself. AWESOME RESTAURANT Read more

One of the better ramens in Utah. The soup flavor needed to be stronger, but it was still good. The sides are their strong suit... for sure! Pork buns, sushi, and gyouza are all fantastic. I like how they how a refrigerator full of drinks that you can walk upand choose from yourself. Read more

Tried Haku Ramen for lunch. It was super yummy. We ordered the Haku Ramen and Chasu buns and the sunset roll. Everything came... out quickly and the flavors were incredible. I think the buns were our favorite. The meat was soft, tender and juicy. Definitelycoming back! Read more

Finally a good ramen in Utah County. Being from Houston, its hard to find a lot of diverse decent restaurants in Utah County. ... Of course you take the extra ?long? drive to Salt Lake City and eat to your belly?s desire but just located in American Fork isthis hidden ramen house that deserves so much more attention than it?s been given lately. The charsiu buns: I could just eattwo orders of that and my heart would beat with glee because the flavors of the pork and glaze that melded together was justperfect harmony. Being a lover of onions, I may have added some julienne green onions to it like Peking duck bun to give it acrunch. The ramen broth to both soups was comforting to our stomachs as we tasted it first before diving into the bowl itself. A perfect balance of salt and divine aroma fills your mouth with that first taste. It wasn?t overwhelming with noodles but justenough to where it would give you room for dessert later. The pork was soft and tender to bite down on. The chicken tempura,I?d order it again as a midnight snack. The dipping aioli has a good kick to it but not enough to make you sweat a tear atall. Overall, kudos to this restaurant because it seems that even though their menu is smaller than most Japanese restaurantsin this area, you can tell that ramen is their specialty. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great ramenplace. Read more
