Tonight I went to JCWs on impulse and to do a cheat day. I got the JCW Double with fries and medium Oreo shake and I enjoyed it.... It wasn?t too busy inside because I came in at 5:45 pm however the staff was exceptional. The burger is dang huge but it?sdelicious and the fry sauce is so good. The shake though was the best. I would say this is the ultimate place to have a guiltypleasure and not have care in the world. I?d utterly recommend this place to anyone. Will definitely come back again. Read more

The last few times I have came their fries have not been good! They are usually my favorite with their fry sauce and today they... were really bad. Sent them back and got more just like them.. I hope they didn't change them cause they are not good like theyused to be and always hot and crispy! Read more

My husband and I went here for a date. It was pretty good. I had a lettuce wrapped burger which was really good. My husband had... the hot wings, but they were just a bit too vinegary for our taste and he had a shake, which he seemed to enjoy. Burgers have always been great here, this visit was a good decent visit but noticed. Few things in particular that need... attention. The bathroom was needing attention, paper towels were stacked up pretty good in there. The French fries a little softyou could say, was missing the snap that you would want. The burger was not as good as my last visit. The lobby was not thatfull so they might c have been a little under staffed which was showing. Overall I?ll go back but was very disappointed on thisvisit and was not the type of customer to complain. We had a group of 2 families and didn?t want to make a scene. Dined in on a busy Monday evening. Ordered the chili burger, hot wings, cheesy fries and a BBQ burger. We each got a shake as... well. The shakes came first, followed by our entrees. You order at the counter and they bring you the food. The lobby was cleandespite it being busy. The food was prepared well though they forgot our bacon and jalapeños we paid to be added to the cheesyfries. The shakes really aren?t shakes, they are more like a large cup of ice-cream with toppings mixed in. (There is no way youcould use a straw). The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was hot. The only complaint is that for three people itwas $65. For $20+ a head we felt it wasn?t worth it. Have you ever had cheeseburgers or chicken strips here before?! If not, you?re in luck. This is just about as good as it gets.... My family and I are repeat visitors. We are from out of town, but if we are driving through, it?s a must have. I would argueyour dining quality, taste, and experience here is far better than In-N-Out Burger. Loads of food to choose from. Have it yourway, just about any way you want it. The staff was very friendly and quite helpful. The whole place was packed and surprisinglyVERY clean. THE WORST!!! We ordered gluten free salads and it came out with croutons?? Also ordered the Hawaiian burger and fries?. No fries... and soggy gross burger. Manager was RUDE when we complained. Will not be back!! Read more

First , they have such a great staff and hard workers. I never thought I would get so much food. The Burgers were the beat I... have had in a while. The Chili Cheese fries and hot dog Amazing!!!! Oh and the 1/2 liter of coke ...bravo!!! We have a newfavorite place for sure....Thanks again. Read more
