This is the most poorly managed McDonald's I have ever seen. Once, when I door dashed there, I had to wait an hour to get the... food I still had to deliver. Meanwhile, it looked like the staff was going to kill each other. That was a year ago. Mostrecently I went in for a cup of coffee. Figured, "how can they screw up that?". The staff looked flustered again and apparentlywere arguing again about lost orders and customers that did not get what they were supposed to. They wouldn't even look my way.After 30 minutes, I decided to leave and go up to Starbucks. Not sure what is happening at this McDonald's, but I will avoid itlike the plague in the future. Read more
This was the worst experience I have ever had. It took them 40 minutes to get 2 burgers and 2 fries and there was only 4 cars in... front of me in the drive thru. I was being very patient they had me pull to the front of the store and I had to wait another 10minutes thinking I was going to be getting fresh fries, nope couldn't even eat them hard as a rock and the burgers buns crumbledin my hands every bite I tried ended up throwing 80% of the meal away. We've gone there for ice cream many times and it's always too icy. I got a shake to change things up and it had way too much... chocolate syrup; it was unedible. Just not a great location. If anyone knows a location that actually has good, creamy, softserve, let me know! Read more
Good speed service, order is made correctly and accurately. Nice to fill that craving late at night. Usually swinging by here... close to midnight and the staff is still nice! That?s always a big plus because happy staff means good food and service. Read more
Inconsistent/ Poor Service. Ver. 2.0 = Service has improved exponentially and the Mobile App Rewards has provided my family with... lots of free food and discounts. Read more
Customer service was actually pretty good for a McDonald's location. The man taking drive-thru orders was upbeat and friendly.... They also were pretty efficient at getting people through the line. My fries were actually fresh too. However, my filet o fishwas old and the got the tarter sauce on the box and not the sandwich. Read more
Ordered 2 large fries and both of them were barley filled even half way. The photo is before any have been eaten, and no, there... is none at the bottom of the bag either:( what a Mcripoff. Not visiting this McDonald's again Read more
This particular location is very hit and miss, I don't go here super often but it seems anytime I go the early morning breakfast... crew are the only ones to give quick and efficient service and the day crews always seem to be new people. Perhaps if placeswould pay their employees better they might actually hold a responsible crew. Read more
