Wow! I don?t usually leave 1 star reviews, but this place is certainly deserving of one. The manager here yells at her staff... even though she is the one that messed up my order, and they were very nice to me. The best thing here was probably the toiletwater. Read more
The good: Ok first of all fantastic food as usual! I enjoy Rumbi quite a bit and usually visit at least a couple times a month.... Good place for something different and tasty. I get coupons in the mail and it makes it quite a bit more affordable. Staff waspolite and welcoming and the restaurant was mostly clean. The bad: I love their strawberry lemonade and it's a good part of thereason I go here. However it's pretty rare that I actually get it. The machine is frequently broken, empty, or otherwise notavailable. The other thing that really bothered me was that they refused to honor an advertised special which was three bottlesof their signature sauce for $15.50 (see photo). I pointed right at the sign in their store and I was told the price went up andit was the regular $5.99 a bottle. The kid at the counter said he would "get right on it" about the taking the ad down andpreviously told me the same thing about the getting me some lemonade. Neither happened as he was in too much of a hurry to getback to staring at his cell phone. Holy rice! If you get rice with your food, you gonna get a pound of it, that?s for sure! The service here was good and... fast. The food is pretty good, not the best grilled chicken (that?s what I ordered) but the Jamaican Jerk sauce and Srirachamix made it way more appealing. Don?t think I?ll come back as a repeat customer, but it was pretty good to try on a whim. Read more

I love Rumbi. Their teriyaki bowls.always hut the spot and feel like you got a nice healthy meal. I have has the a Chicken... Shrimp dish multiple times, and sometimes it is delicious, and other times I have not thought it was that great. It might bebecause it needs the Rumbi rice to make the flavors just right, for the times I didn't like it as much we tried it with noodlesor brown rice. Read more
I came here with my elderly parents, brothers, sisters, and a bunch of kids. We came into town the night before Thanksgiving. ... The staff made sure all the dishes went to the correct people and that we all had our food. One employee refilled my mother'sdrink for her. The employees went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. The food was delicious. My dad isvery picky and he loved the shrimp. Read more
