I've been to a lot of Mexican food restaurants and this one rates right at the top. The flavor of everything we have eaten there... is amazing! Definitely try the jalapeno cream soup as well as the lobster enchiladas and the fillet enchiladas. Incredibletaste! The first time we went we ordered the sampler plate and every single thing we ate was incredible! This place isexcellent! Definitely get a reservation because it can get pretty busy. The food here is AMAZING. the flavors are simple yet complex. The sugar cane filet was mind blowing, tender, sweet, and savory.... They have done a great job making this new place their own. Waiting staff was very attentive if perhaps assigned a few too many... tables. The hostess Ashley was a sweetheart. Excellent menu and food quality. Modern yet welcoming decor. Full bar with unique custom cocktail menu. Guac sampler is a... must try! It was busy at lunch, but the meal pace didn't suffer at all. Sol Agave has great Mexican food! Heard a lot of good things about this place and we had something special to celebrate so we... decided to pick Sol Agave. Couldn’t go wrong with it! Usually there seems to be a wait of 20 to 25 mins to get an indoorseating. But if your willing to sit outside you can get sited right away. Though it might be cold they have heaters. Best Mexican food!!! Wait time is long, but the bar is first come first serve! Even if you had to wait, it’s worth it. It’s... definitely higher end Mexican, so the price point matches. But again, worth the price. The crispy chicken tacos were incredible!Delicious lemonade & drinks! And you CANNOT leave without ordering the butter cake for dessert. I was in town for a family wedding and my cousinsaid that there are not any good Mexican restaurants in the area but didn't know about Sol Agave... He knows about it now andwill visit for sure.
