My husband and I tried to use one of the coupons from the app and was then berated by employees, manager included being told... they do not accept the offers on the app that it has to be the 4 digit QR code. My experience is fine.. Its the menu I'm not fine with. What happened to the GRILLED ITEMS?? I mean its bad enough we all have... to eat fast food, but at least carry grilled items we can choose from so we can have maybe a somewhat, possible, kind of healthymeal. I ordered a junior Walker meal with no mayonnaise and add cheese . By looking at the picture does it look like no mayonnaise? ... It isn't that difficult to not put something on a hamburger!!! Read more
The food was over the counter fast. That's the point. The sandwich did not look like the picture.
Order online, said my order didn't come thru. Finally got the highest manger to call her supervisor and they finally made my... food. I told them if I get the refund like the email said I would I would go back up there and pay it. Don't want food for free.Just want the order I ordered so I can feed my kids.
