REPLACE THE CARBONATION. Visited this morning for breakfast, the drink area smelled awful! Then my coke I fixed was flat. I told... the sweet girl(shaniquia) who took our order when she claimed she had told the manager several times so I spoke to him and toldhim. He told her to refill my drink in the back instead of refilling the carbonation in the lobby. Also told him about the smellthen heard him in the back telling them that it was the mop head smelling bad(they also all were talking about they had noticedit when they walked in so why did it take me saying something?) and he also told me that. Service was friendly, relatively quick. Food didn't taste bad, but it didn't agree with me for a couple of days. That might... just be because I don't eat McDonald's very often for just that reason. Read more
Food was good, but it took a little bit of time to get. The lady upfront looked super tired and she was running around helping... her employees as much as she could, and there was no other manager to be found. I felt so bad they stuck her on a shift all byherself, and I don't think ill be coming back if this store is going to overwork their employees like that. Read more
North Slappy McDonald's had really really dropped the ball. The last 3 times I've been want able to order. Hugely Disappointed!
30 mins in drive thru!!!!!! The person taking the orders must be cooking, bagging food, taking money, giving food and cleaning... the front. This is my usual last stop going home. Read more
Went through drive thru. No straw or napkins in the bag. Paid for bacon cheeseburger that had no bacon. Food was mildly warm.... The cleanliness of the exterior building was very poor. I used to love going here but I think I'll hold off until new managementtakes over. Read more
