I m two star because I order veg bowl by 6 PM they have cold food beans rice were cold ...I got it drive tru...horrible
This place is a joke. The employees think it's funny to have someone pull around for food and then never bring it out. Then when... you go in to get it they are laughing that they made you wait. Maybe it would be funny if they had to wait for a paycheck theydidn't deserve. Read more
My experience was horrible!! I am flabbergasted as well as appalled at the incompetence of the employees at this Taco Bell... location. Not only was there a hair in my food but when I went back to the establishment for the issue to be rectified, themanager on duty in addition to the gentleman who made my food questioned me like it was my fault. I do not appreciate beingquestioned about having hair in my food and I was about to finish the last little bit, I pulled the hair out of my mouth!!!!!Icould have swallowed that if I was not conscious and aware of what was going on. None of the employees had on hair nets any typeof beard nets, they were using the same gloves as when I came in as well as when I was leaving and returned. CLEANLINESS and theSAFETY of customers food should be top priority in a restaurant, especially during these times but it's DEFINITELY not at thisTaco Bell. I will never return to this establishment and I suggest that no one goes there either or you'll have beard hair fromsome random person in your food and you may not catch it and end up eating it. Ordered 6 soft tacos, was in line 20 min, got to window the lady said she only heard 2 soft tacos and we would have to go around... and reorder the other 4..they could not take orders at the window.. was not happy !!! Read more
I placed a mobile order and chose to pick up inside?..I Went to pick up my food and when I get there?.the doors are locked?a... worker was sitting in a both and did not attempt to get up and come to the door?I drove around to the window and told the ladythat I was there to pick up my mobile order and she told me that I had to wait in line even when my order was ready forpickup?.the line was long as hell because they take one order at a time and after that order is prepared and picked up they takeanother?it?s so annoying ?.I drove back around and called I.
